Abbie's being very modest - she didn't mention that she implemented the blog! She did a wonderful job, and I'm very grateful.

Yeah, Abbie -- you did a great job! It's great having all the blogs on RSS. I still keep all my favorites open in separate tab pages so I can view them in their native format, but having feeds to google reader keeps me notified. Before I was wasting a lot of time refreshing pages to check for updates.
The new site looks really good and RSS works as well. I had the RSS in since I bought the book from Mike but it never updated until I realized that the content was not RSS enabled back then. Currently the dates are not quite correct but that is most likely based on the migration and will correct itself with the new posts.
I got my blog now online as well. http://blog.kuendig.net
I'm sooooooooo glad he (and you!) finally worked all the bugs out...I like his new posts showing up in my Google Reader fresh from his keyboard! :) Yaaaayyy! :)
Excellent work Abbie, and thanks for leading me to Michael's site (and the book, too, which I'm about to start!)
[OT, OK, so your needle and thread experiment didn't work, but have you tried slapping up a refrigerator magnet? :) ]
